  • 🔊 CVG Drops New Single “Vocal Void” + Official Video | Independence Day Release

July 4, 2025 – Salt Lake City, UT

801 Art Collective is proud to announce the official release of “Vocal Void,” the new single from fine urban music architect CVG, premiering today alongside a raw, self-directed music video. This marks the first signal flare from CVG’s upcoming project, The Oracle EP, a body of work exploring spiritual resilience, glitch realities, and emotional aftershocks.

🎧 The Sound of Isolation + Survival

On “Vocal Void,” CVG pours out meditations on faith, struggle, and trying to stay grounded in a world where prayers sometimes feel like they disappear into static. The track rides haunting soul chops, heavy trap drums, and sub bass that hits like gut-check confessionals.

Lyrically, it’s a personal scripture for everyone who’s tried to keep their halo straight when the cupboard’s bare, or found themselves whispering to the ceiling at 3AM, hoping somebody’s actually listening.

    🎥 A Self-Made Visual Statement

The official video for “Vocal Void” was shot on two iPhones and edited guerrilla-style by the 801 team, stitched together with CapCut’s quick cuts and neon overlays to mirror the track’s fractured spirit. It’s minimal, intimate, and soaked in atmosphere — from hooded silhouettes in front of red light beams to subtle nods at the digital ghosts that keep us up at night.
